The second time, the popular yoga trip to Carnival in Gran Canaria will take place in 2022.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, you will enjoy this week. Through daily intensive yoga practice in conjunction with sun and sea energy, body, mind and soul will cleanse, strengthen and relax. Boundaries are broadened, energy can flow freely in you again, and you come completely in harmony with yourself and nature.
La segunda vez, el popular viaje de yoga al Carnaval en Gran Canaria tendrá lugar en 2022.
Si eres un principiante o un yogui experimentado, disfrutarás esta semana. Mediante la práctica diaria intensiva de yoga en conjunto con la energía del sol y el mar, el cuerpo, la mente y el alma limpiarán, fortalecerán y relajarán. Los límites se amplían, la energía puede fluir libremente en usted nuevamente y usted llega completamente en armonía consigo mismo y con la naturaleza.
Tasarte is a very small village in a beuatiful valley andis statistically one of the sunniest areas on the island. The accommodation is simple and clean, and its construction is typical of the finches of the Canary Island. The equipment with 5 rooms ( 1 bed, 2 beds ), 2 bathrooms with shower / toilet, a well-equipped kitchen, several terraces and a roof terrace for our daily yoga practice ensure a relaxed holiday feeling
In consultation with the participants, the yoga class can also be arranged in combination with excursions and hikes in the mountains or on the beach and also touring on the sea with a single kajak and a 2 person inflatable boat.
WLAN is free in the accomodation.
Its only 10 Minutes walk to the Seawhere is a nice Fish Restaurant. The public busstation is very near, a SPAR Shop at the beginning of the village
The course is structured so that beginners are also welcome. If possible, bring a yoga mat and seat cushion.
Tasarte es estadísticamente una de las zonas más soleadas de la isla. El alojamiento es sencillo y limpio, y su construcción es típica de los pinzones de las Islas Canarias. El equipo con 5 dormitorios, 2 baños con ducha / WC, una cocina bien equipada, varias terrazas y una terraza en la azotea para nuestra práctica diaria de yoga garantizan una sensación relajada de vacaciones.
En consulta con los participantes, la clase de yoga también se puede organizar en combinación con excursiones y caminatas en las montañas o en la playa. El curso está estructurado para que los principiantes también sean bienvenidos. Si es posible, traiga una estera de yoga y un cojín para el asiento.
